About Maya


Maya Crane is the founder and principal consultant of Crane Solutions, where she leverages more than 20 years of experience. She serves as a strategic thought partner to leaders regarding organizational development, strategic management, project management and organizational justice. She helps organizations create, develop, and implement high-impact strategy aligned with key priorities while accelerating the skills of staff members and executives to improve effectiveness, increase equity and inclusion, and maximize impact. Prior to forming her own company, Maya worked locally in philanthropy with a focus on equity.

Maya attended Russell Sage College for undergraduate and has a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College. She holds certificates in project management, DEI and entrepreneurship. Maya is passionately engaged in expanding life opportunities for all people, especially those historically marginalized communities. Maya enjoys spending time with her family and friends, supporting local restaurants and laughing until she cries.
